Ridgeway was founded in 2015 by dispatchers who saw an opportunity to give mid-sized shippers the same logistics attention that large corporations receive. We operate as a freight brokerage, matching loads with vetted carriers rather than running our own fleet.

Every shipment is assigned a coordinator who manages it from pickup to delivery. Coordinators confirm loading times, monitor transit updates, and relay proof-of-delivery documents within hours of arrival.

Our carrier network covers the continental region and includes temperature-controlled, flatbed, and curtain-side capacity. Each carrier we work with undergoes an onboarding review of insurance, safety record, and equipment condition.
