Ridgeway Freight Solutions processes your company name, contact details, shipment descriptions, pickup and delivery addresses, and billing information to arrange and invoice freight services.

Shipment data is shared with the carrier assigned to your load and, where applicable, with customs brokers. These parties receive only the information necessary to complete the transport.

Records of completed shipments are kept for seven years in compliance with commercial record-keeping regulations. Earlier deletion is possible upon written request where no legal obligation applies.
